I'm Pamela
Iâm on a mission to help midlife women whoâve been sidelined by hormonal shifts, stuck emotions, limiting beliefs, and health changes step back into the game and create a life they truly love. What we once suppressed is no longer suppressible. Midlife brings emotions that demand to be felt. Too many women tell me, âI just isolate myself because I donât know how to handle it.â
Thatâs why I created this workshop: to teach women how to be unbothered in a season when so much can trigger, overwhelm, or derail us.
