I’ve stared at a to-do list with zero capacity to care.
I’ve been on the floor... mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Because here’s the truth: we’ve been carrying more than just responsibilities.
We’ve been holding up families, managing careers, tending to aging parents, navigating hormonal shifts, and still trying to be "on" for everyone.
And we’ve been doing it for decades.
When I was in the thick of it, I used to ask myself, "How can I be so tired when I barely moved?"
But now I understand. Stress doesn’t just live in our minds.

When I shifted from focusing purely on fitness to becoming a health educator, advocate, and wellness coach, there was one thing I knew for sure: we had to start building a relationship with our bodies.
Not a "whip it into shape" kind of relationship.
Not a "look good at all costs" kind of relationship.
But a real one.
A relationship built on listening, responding, trusting, and, most of all, respecting the way our bodies speak to us.
